Meet Geri Harames, MSC
Geri's philosophy in counseling grows from her own life and
professional experiences, a fascination with human behavior and a
genuine love for helping others. She believes in the importance of
individual counseling as well as the effectiveness and power of
groups. This belief includes providing a caring, safe, and equitable
environment where a client can grow.
As an intern Geri's goal is to assist clients in discovering who they
are so they can express their own opinions and nurture their own
ideas. She hopes to help clients meet their fullest potential and
develop a deep love and respect for themselves. Geri offers feedback,
insight, and advice while allowing the clients to decide what is in
their best interest.
Geri has worked for the State of Utah, Department of Child and Family
Services (DCFS) and Department of Workforce Services (DWS). She now
works at Weber State University as an Academic Advisor and as an
intern in Services for Women Students.
Geri has lived in Utah all her life. She completed an Associates
Degree at Weber State University, a Bachelors of Science in Family and
Human Development at Utah State University and is now completing her
internship for Masters of Science in Professional Mental Health
Counseling at University of Phoenix.
Geri stays busy with her 3 daughters, her career and her home. She
enjoys the outdoors, working in her yard, beading, scrap booking and
learning. She loves spending time with her friends, family and her
horses.

Meet Dr. Carol Hunter, PharmD
Dr. Carol Hunter is our pharmaceutical consultant. When the counseling staff has questions or concerns regarding client's medication, Dr. Hunter offers valuable information. She discusses side effects, dosing schedules, and other questions that clients and counselors have. She also suggests questions that client's may ask of their primary care doctors. She is a valuable resource because when it comes to working with our doctors, we often do not know the questions to ask or how to express certain concerns about medication.
